The 2020 NSDA Virtual Symposium will take place on Saturday, May 2, 2020, with a combination of live and pre-recorded presentations. This conference was originally scheduled to take place in the Detroit area, but it was canceled due to the situation with the COVID19 pandemic. Some of our speakers from that meeting are joining us for this virtual one, along with more guest speakers. We thank all of our speakers who took the time to record sessions, often times, from their home.
The recorded sessions will be all released by the morning of Saturday, May 2nd so you can view them at your convenience. The live sessions will be hosted utilizing the online meeting platform Zoom. You can participate via audio only or video. All the live sessions are FREE but we do ask that you register for each session you would like to attend and hopefully you can make all of them! If you can’t join us live, they will be recorded and posted at a later date.

Daniel was a son, brother, animal lover, artist, animator, poet, rapper, musician and extraordinary soul who was filled with extraordinary faith while conquering enormous challenges after being diagnosed with Spasmodic Dysphonia at 19 years old. His story is a story of triumph, victory, courage and understanding. Daniel left many life lessons and through his experience on earth he will continue to touch lives inspiring us all to be more aware and to build more awareness of what brought him home. Daniel is a warrior and his inspiration that has been collected by his family will be used to bring hope and to change the world!
“We don’t yet see things clearly. We are squinting in a fog, peering through a mist. But it won’t be long before the weather clears and the sun shines bright! We’ll see it all then, see it all as clearly as God sees us, knowing Him directly just as He knows us!”
