Additionally, in-person events have further opportunities to highlight your company locally. Started in 2020, the Walk for Talk empowers people in our community by sharing their stories and insights into their daily challenges. It is a multi-generational event that brings together family, friends, co-workers, healthcare professionals, researchers, speech-language pathology students, and even pets. No matter where someone is located, they can participate! All donations and sponsorships will be matched, making your support even more impactful!

For 35 years, our organization has been dedicated to improving the lives of people with these complex voice disorders like spasmodic dysphonia, vocal tremor, vocal cord paralysis, and muscle tension dysphonia. With the support of sponsors like you, we have funded research, expanded education and awareness, and provided support so that everyone has a voice. Since 2020, almost $500,000 has been raised and matched, culminating in almost $1 million to support the Walk for Talk to support these programs, especially research!
