The Tampa Bay Spasmodic Dysphonia Support Group invites you to attend a virtual support meeting on Saturday, September 11, 2021, at 10:00 AM EST.
Our guest speaker is Dr. Daniel Vincent who is a board-certified Otolaryngologist/Head and Neck Surgeon with specialty training and expertise in Laryngology at Florida E.N.T. & Allergy of Tampa, FL. He will be joining us to answer all your questions about the use of Botox to treat Spasmodic Dysphonia.
Connect with a community who understands the challenges of living with a voice disorder. Find a comfortable place to share your experiences and learn from others. Discussions can be informative for both the newly diagnosed as well as those who have been dealing with spasmodic dysphonia and related voice conditions for many years. Friends and family are always welcome to join too.

About Daniel A. Vincent Jr, MD, FACS | Dr. Vincent is a board-certified Otolaryngologist/Head and Neck Surgeon with specialty training and expertise in Laryngology. His primary focus in practice is managing diseases of the voice and swallowing. In practice since 1998, Dr Vincent has always concentrated on helping patients with voice problems function to their very best ability. In particular, he has a strong interest and experience in the diagnosis and management of neurological conditions affecting the voice. He treats many patients with laryngeal dystonia either occurring in an isolated form (spasmodic dysphonia) or in the context of other underlying neurological conditions. He regularly uses Botox injections to manage vocal cord conditions, as well as multidisciplinary approaches with an in-house team of speech pathologists and outside neurology consultants. Dr. Vincent is involved with his specialty at the state level, currently serving as the Immediate Past President of the Florida Society of Otolaryngology. He is an affiliate member of the National Spasmodic Dysphonia Association, as well as a fellow of the American Academy of Otolaryngology and the American College of Surgeons.

Daniel Lee Bray
ALIVE FOREVER MOREAugust 24, 1984 – December 20, 2020 (36 years old)
Daniel was a son, brother, animal lover, artist, animator, poet, rapper, musician and extraordinary soul who was filled with extraordinary faith while conquering enormous challenges after being diagnosed with Spasmodic Dysphonia at 19 years old. His story is a story of triumph, victory, courage and understanding. Daniel left many life lessons and through his experience on earth he will continue to touch lives inspiring us all to be more aware and to build more awareness of what brought him home. Daniel is a warrior and his inspiration that has been collected by his family will be used to bring hope and to change the world!
