This meeting’s speaker will be Dr. Larry Bergstrom and the theme of his talk will center on stress management and gratitude.

There will be time for Q&A as well. Additionally, as always, we will have time for our support portion of the meeting afterwards which will include sharing of wins/struggles/insights and providing support to each other. This part is what makes the meetings and our community so special, and we are grateful for your participation.

Additionally, Esther will give an update from our Walk for Talk event in October, which was amazingly successful (see below for a picture of our Scottsdale group)!
