Area Contact Leader from NC, Bonnie Simpson, will serve as Guest Speaker. She will talk about how she has fully embraced her vocal image in the past 5-6 years of her 20+ year journey with SD. Bonnie wrote a compelling essay, Point of Voice Return, which was published in our “Celebrating Our Voice” collection. She also did a video for the NSDA for World Voice Day 2021 which is on our website (dysphonia.org).

“We don’t yet see things clearly. We are squinting in a fog, peering through a mist. But it won’t be long before the weather clears and the sun shines bright! We’ll see it all then, see it all as clearly as God sees us, knowing Him directly just as He knows us!”
