The Iowa Area NSDA Support Group is delighted to invite you a support meeting on Tuesday, February 8 at 6:30 PM CST.
*Since the gathering is virtual, we have expanded our reach to include surrounding states. All are welcome to attend no matter your location!*
Our guest speaker, Dr. Christopher Bingcang will be presenting and offer some insightful advice for those living with SD and related voice conditions.
There will be time for questions, so please bring yours!
About Our Speaker: Christopher Bingcang, MD, is a laryngologist at University of Nebraska Medical Center. He joined the ENT (ears, nose, throat) department in September 2013. Dr. Bingcang not only completed his undergraduate degree from the University of Kentucky in Biology in 2002, but he also received a Bachelor’s degree in Spanish and Music in Guitar Performance.
Dr. Bingcang received his Doctor of Medicine with high distinction in 2007 and completed his residency and Internship in 2012 in Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery at the University of Kentucky. Dr. Bingcang’s fellowship in Laryngology was completed at the University of Wisconsin in 2013. His focus is on voice problems, airway problems, swallowing disorders and trach care.

ALIVE FOREVER MOREAugust 24, 1984 – December 20, 2020 (36 years old)
Daniel was a son, brother, animal lover, artist, animator, poet, rapper, musician and extraordinary soul who was filled with extraordinary faith while conquering enormous challenges after being diagnosed with Spasmodic Dysphonia at 19 years old. His story is a story of triumph, victory, courage and understanding. Daniel left many life lessons and through his experience on earth he will continue to touch lives inspiring us all to be more aware and to build more awareness of what brought him home. Daniel is a warrior and his inspiration that has been collected by his family will be used to bring hope and to change the world!
