We will focus on World Voice Day, the international celebration of the voice held annually on April 16. This year’s theme is: ‘Empower Your Voice’. Empowerment gives every voice strength and ensures it is heard. According to Co-Moderator, Bonnie Simpson: “Our work as volunteers empowers the voices of SDers and the voices of our Dysphonia International leadership.”

We will discuss how to raise awareness by sharing your voice story at voice@dysphonia.org. You can also post short videos and messages on social media using the hashtag #WVD.
