Spring 2025 arrives on March 20, 2025. Spring has blooming flowers, warmer weather, and longer days and is associated with new beginnings and fresh starts. It is a time of renewal and rejuvenation after the cold, dark months of winter. “In the springtime, the heart regrows hope.” (Angie Weiland-Crosby).

For our meeting, we will explore rejuvenation on our voice journey and discuss stress-relieving activities, like letting go of obligations you don’t need to do or want to do and doing meditation.
