During our July meeting, we welcome Dr. Lincoln Beal who will share his presentation titled Finding Control in Dystonia: Holistic Rehabilitation and Treatment Options.

Lincoln Beal PT, DPT who is a physical therapist and Dystonia Program Director at Re+active PT in Los Angeles. This is an outpatient clinic specializing in neurological disorders. Lincoln completed the Schmidt Movement Disorders Fellowship through Re+active with UCLA Movement Disorders Clinic in LA in 2021-2022, where he found his passion working with people with dystonia. As the Dystonia Program Director, he participates in and leads the interdisciplinary treatment programs for people with dystonia including OTs, psychologists, PTs, and personal trainers. In addition, he participates in research and data collection, gives talks to providers and patients, and sees patients with dystonia and other disorders as a physical therapist.
