Please join us for a virtual meeting on Saturday, July 13, 2024, from 1:00 PM – 3:00 PM PDT.
During our July meeting, we welcome Dr. Lincoln Beal who will share his presentation titled Finding Control in Dystonia: Holistic Rehabilitation and Treatment Options.

Lincoln Beal PT, DPT who is a physical therapist and Dystonia Program Director at Re+active PT in Los Angeles. This is an outpatient clinic specializing in neurological disorders. Lincoln completed the Schmidt Movement Disorders Fellowship through Re+active with UCLA Movement Disorders Clinic in LA in 2021-2022, where he found his passion working with people with dystonia. As the Dystonia Program Director, he participates in and leads the interdisciplinary treatment programs for people with dystonia including OTs, psychologists, PTs, and personal trainers. In addition, he participates in research and data collection, gives talks to providers and patients, and sees patients with dystonia and other disorders as a physical therapist. Participation in any discussion is always completely voluntary. In addition, attendees can choose whether they wish to show their image if they want to protect their identity. We want to provide a welcoming space where people can share and learn in a comfortable and safe setting
Individuals with ALL forms of dystonia are invited to join us for a virtual support group meeting that promises to be a very informative session.

Daniel Lee Bray
ALIVE FOREVER MOREAugust 24, 1984 – December 20, 2020 (36 years old)
Daniel was a son, brother, animal lover, artist, animator, poet, rapper, musician and extraordinary soul who was filled with extraordinary faith while conquering enormous challenges after being diagnosed with Spasmodic Dysphonia at 19 years old. His story is a story of triumph, victory, courage and understanding. Daniel left many life lessons and through his experience on earth he will continue to touch lives inspiring us all to be more aware and to build more awareness of what brought him home. Daniel is a warrior and his inspiration that has been collected by his family will be used to bring hope and to change the world!
