Please join us for the presentation, Practice makes Progress, led by Meri Levy MS, MAT, CCC-SLP. Meri, owner and voice therapist of Voice Solutions LLC in Phoenix, AZ, will discuss the importance of building consistent, intentional practice routines!

Including:

Why?…What are and how we build neural pathways
Ways to gently and encouragingly build healthy voice habits
Benefits for both muscle movement/vocal cord health and mental health

Followed up by sharing successful strategies used to improve vocal hygiene and production and/or other general healthy habits!

ABOUT MEREDITH LEVY, MS, MAT, CCC-SLP

Meri established Voice Solutions LLC in 2005, in Arizona where she has lived since childhood. Meri has always had a passion for voice. She started her career in 1991 after earning her Bachelor’s degree in Music Education from the University of Arizona when she began providing both group (choir) and individual singing instruction to adolescent and adult singers. She then earned a Master’s of Art in Teaching with an emphasis in vocal pedagogy from Portland State University in 1997.

In 2002, Meri earned a Master’s of Science in Communication Disorders from Arizona State University and has been a certified Speech Language Pathologist through the American Speech and Hearing Association (ASHA) for the past 23 years. During this time, Meri has provided voice and stuttering therapy, as both a private clinician and as the voice consultant in a large K-12 public school district.
