Our speaker this month is Erin Bremmer and she will be discussing “Navigating the Medical Journey: Advocacy, Resilience, and Voice” with a focus on navigating difficult emotions and conversations, self-advocacy, the impact of toxic positivity, and finding peace amidst health challenges. Erin is an amazing speaker with a personal story to share as well.
We are truly looking forward to having Erin as a speaker, and also looking forward to seeing all of YOU! As you know, our meeting will start with the speaker and then lead into Q&A and our support portion with intros/insights/discussion.
Don’t forget, the Dysphonia International Symposium is also in May—Saturday May 16th, VIRTUAL THIS YEAR, and our very own Meri will be helping out with some breakout sessions! Looking forward to hearing everyone’s thoughts on the symposium at our meeting too!
Save the date: Saturday October 17, 2026 is our 7th Annual Walk for Talk!
See you all soon!
Thanks,
Esther, Sara D, Meri, and Ava
