Join us for our first virtual Zoom meeting on Saturday, 5/30/2020.
Mary Hudson-McKinney, DPT will present on “Healthy Coping Strategies for Managing Stress during the COVID-19 Shelter-in-Place Orders: Exercise, Sleep, Eating Healthy, and Stress Relieving Activities DO Help!” Mary Hudson-McKinney, PT, MS, DPT, NCS is an Associate Professor at Azusa Pacific University in Azusa and a Physical Therapist with experience treating individuals with adult neurologic disorders for the past 37 years. She is also a Physical Therapist and Neuro Clinical Specialist for Sea Crest Home Care Physical Therapy. Mary did her undergraduate work at CSU, Northridge, and completed both her Master’s degree and her Doctorate degree at University of Southern California, Los Angeles with all degrees being in the field of Biokinesiology and Physical Therapy. Mary also worked as a PT/NCS at USC PT Associates, USC University Hospital, and USC Movement Disorders and Parkinson’s Clinic in Los Angeles for a number of years treating individuals with Parkinson’s disease and related disorders. She has been a board certified neurologic clinical specialist since 1995.

ALIVE FOREVER MOREAugust 24, 1984 – December 20, 2020 (36 years old)
Daniel was a son, brother, animal lover, artist, animator, poet, rapper, musician and extraordinary soul who was filled with extraordinary faith while conquering enormous challenges after being diagnosed with Spasmodic Dysphonia at 19 years old. His story is a story of triumph, victory, courage and understanding. Daniel left many life lessons and through his experience on earth he will continue to touch lives inspiring us all to be more aware and to build more awareness of what brought him home. Daniel is a warrior and his inspiration that has been collected by his family will be used to bring hope and to change the world!
