Please join the Atlanta Dysphonia Support Group for an in-person meeting on Saturday, September 16, 2023, from 10:30 AM – 11:30 AM ET.
The Atlanta Dysphonia Support Group will meet at the Decatur Library on Saturday morning, September 16, in Decatur, GA. It’s been several years since we met in person, so we look forward to seeing old faces and meeting new people!
Our agenda includes introductions and sharing our experiences or questions about SD-related vocal conditions, the upcoming Walk For Talk awareness fundraiser event, and potential meeting places for future meetings.
Please RSVP to Laura Rahuba via email at rahuba72@yahoo.com and reach out if you have questions about the event.
About Our Group | Our group provides a comfortable place to talk. Discussions can be informative for the newly diagnosed as well as those who have been dealing with Spasmodic Dysphonia or other voice disorders for many years. Family, friends, and others with an interest are welcome to attend.

DIRECTIONS AND PARKING:
The Decatur Library is at 215 Sycamore Street in downtown Decatur, GA.
The parking deck behind the library is FREE for patrons ONLY while using the library. Because downtown Decatur is a busy area with limited parking, please do not leave your vehicle in this lot if you’re going elsewhere. If you want to explore nearby shops or restaurants before/after the meeting, I suggest using metered street parking or parking garages.
Inside the library, go upstairs to the 2nd floor (elevator available). If you don’t see the group, go to the Reference Desk to ask which room we’re meeting in. There are two study rooms in the back corner; the exact room we’ll be in depends on availability and group size on the day of.

“We don’t yet see things clearly. We are squinting in a fog, peering through a mist. But it won’t be long before the weather clears and the sun shines bright! We’ll see it all then, see it all as clearly as God sees us, knowing Him directly just as He knows us!”
