Join us for our 4th Annual Walk for Talk Event hosted by Dysphonia International and organized by the Alabama Dysphonia Support Groupon Saturday, October 14, 2023, from 10:00 AM to 11:30 AM in Birmingham, AL.
All are welcome to join our new and reinvigorated Alabama Dysphonia Support Group as we walk together to expand awareness and raise funds for research for Spasmodic Dysphonia and related voice conditions! Please note that no pets are allowed at Botanical Gardens. RSVP by October 1, 2023.
There is no cost to attend, and all ages are welcome to participate. So invite your family, friends, co-workers, and healthcare professionals to be part of the Walk.
Free Parking is available on-site. We will meet at the main entrance of the gardens. Look for the Walk for Talk banner.

Daniel Lee Bray
ALIVE FOREVER MOREAugust 24, 1984 – December 20, 2020 (36 years old)
Daniel was a son, brother, animal lover, artist, animator, poet, rapper, musician and extraordinary soul who was filled with extraordinary faith while conquering enormous challenges after being diagnosed with Spasmodic Dysphonia at 19 years old. His story is a story of triumph, victory, courage and understanding. Daniel left many life lessons and through his experience on earth he will continue to touch lives inspiring us all to be more aware and to build more awareness of what brought him home. Daniel is a warrior and his inspiration that has been collected by his family will be used to bring hope and to change the world!
