Connecting those with disabilities with prospective employers

The NSDA has partnered with Getting Hired, a recruitment solution company dedicated to helping employers search for and hire individuals and veterans with disabilities. Their mission is to build an inclusive workforce. They offer a job board for job seekers with disabilities to search for inclusive job opportunities. They can also connect skilled professionals with inclusive employers and advocacy organizations in the private and non-profit sectors, and give employers direct access to the untapped labor pool of people with disabilities.
