All are invited to join us for a virtual support group meeting on Saturday, 4/24/21 from 10:00am to 12:00 pm Pacific time.

Since this is a VIRTUAL ZOOM MEETING, participants from anywhere can join us! ROSE THOMAS, licensed Acupuncturist, herbalist and nutritional counselor is our guest presenter. Her topic STRESS-LESS…will include a brief description of the stress response and how it affects our physiology long and short-term, mindful strategies, herbal, dietary support and acupressure/tapping to manage stress. Rose has been in practice as an acupuncturist since May of 2002 and has been lecturing on health and nutrition since 1997.

Rose believes that health is a work in progress that involves daily harmonization of body, mind and spirit. Rose says, “My mission is to meet my patients on their unique health journeys. It is my commitment to provide compassionate care to the individuals health needs. It is my personal focus to continue to improve my skills and knowledge base so that I may be the best practitioner I can be. It is my highest aspiration to spread joy, loving kindness and well-being to all. I believe health is a work in progress that involves daily harmonization of body, mind and spirit. I look forward to being of service on your journey.” Rose has been with us several times before and always provides wonderful and useful information that we can incorporate into our lives. She is a real joy!
