Please join us for a virtual meeting on Thursday, July 18, 2024, from 5:30 – 6:30 PM AZ time.
This month we have the pleasure of having Roxanne Reynolds as our speaker!
Roxanne has a background in nutritional counseling and is certified through the Institute of Integral Qigong and Tai Chi as an Integral Qigong and Tai Chi teacher with 200 hours of training. Roxanne is a Senior Trainer of Tai Chi Easy Practice Leaders and also hold accreditations in Tai Chi Chih and Tai Chi Kung. Recently she earned her First-Degree Black Belt through United Martial Arts. Roxanne is the author of “Seniors Guide to Fall Prevention and healthy Living”. There will also be time for Q&A and to connect with other support group members.

Daniel Lee Bray
ALIVE FOREVER MOREAugust 24, 1984 – December 20, 2020 (36 years old)
Daniel was a son, brother, animal lover, artist, animator, poet, rapper, musician and extraordinary soul who was filled with extraordinary faith while conquering enormous challenges after being diagnosed with Spasmodic Dysphonia at 19 years old. His story is a story of triumph, victory, courage and understanding. Daniel left many life lessons and through his experience on earth he will continue to touch lives inspiring us all to be more aware and to build more awareness of what brought him home. Daniel is a warrior and his inspiration that has been collected by his family will be used to bring hope and to change the world!
