Our guest speaker, Dr. Celia Steward will be our guest speaker and will be discussing “Let’s Play with Our Voice: How can we make it easier to talk? Can we coordinate our body and our voice to reduce extraneous tightness and produce a more comfortable voice?”
Celia Stewart, Ph.D. CCC-SLP is an Associate Professor at New York University where she teaches Voice Disorders, Advanced Voice Disorders, Interdisciplinary Habilitation of Speaking Voice/Vocal Performance: Synergistic Remediation Effect, and Motor Speech Disorders. She is an invited speaker in Belgium, Greece, Sweden, and Canada. She is a coauthor of Voice Rehabilitation: Testing Hypotheses and Reframing Therapy. Dr. Stewart provides voice therapy to individuals with spasmodic dysphonia to facilitate vocal ease.

Daniel Lee Bray
ALIVE FOREVER MOREAugust 24, 1984 – December 20, 2020 (36 years old)
Daniel was a son, brother, animal lover, artist, animator, poet, rapper, musician and extraordinary soul who was filled with extraordinary faith while conquering enormous challenges after being diagnosed with Spasmodic Dysphonia at 19 years old. His story is a story of triumph, victory, courage and understanding. Daniel left many life lessons and through his experience on earth he will continue to touch lives inspiring us all to be more aware and to build more awareness of what brought him home. Daniel is a warrior and his inspiration that has been collected by his family will be used to bring hope and to change the world!
