Please join the Oakland Dysphonia Support Group for a Walk for Talk and support group meeting on Saturday, October 14!
Please be informed that the Oakland Dysphonia Support Group meeting scheduled for Saturday, September 23 is postponed to Saturday, October 14.
Many of you know that Walk for Talk is the annual fundraising event for Dysphonia International. The goal is to create awareness for those of us with SD and related vocal disorders, and to raise funds for support and research. I hope you can join in for an easy 20-30 minute walk on October 14 around the Upper Rockridge area. A support group meeting will follow the walk and you are welcome to participate in the walk, the meeting, or both.
We’ll meet on the front patio of my home. Family and close friends are invited but, though we love them, please leave your dogs at home. Refreshments will be provided. Please RSVP me via email for my address and any questions.
Warm Regards,
Iris Miller Stetson

“We don’t yet see things clearly. We are squinting in a fog, peering through a mist. But it won’t be long before the weather clears and the sun shines bright! We’ll see it all then, see it all as clearly as God sees us, knowing Him directly just as He knows us!”
