Does anyone have experience with Niacin (vitamin B3) on SD? Vitamins B6 and B12 both eliminate the spasms, but cause my cords to seize up. Niacin does not have that effect, but I'm wondering about dosage etc. Mark Porter |

Usual therapeutic dosages for niacin are in the 2 to 3 gram area..if you're going to try this, make sure you get the no flush type or you'll be in for a huge surprise....hehe |
