HOWEVER! Last week I was diagnosed with Meniere's Disease also, so I immediately went to their bulletin board which I found just typing in Meniere's. The lives they live are horrific. All their posts are about spinning attacks and drop attacks and roaring in the head and plugged ears. Many can't drive, work or even function at all when the spinning and vomiting start. There's no cure and no reasearch on it either because they can't induce it in animals.

Suddenly my SD doesn't seem so bad as I sit here with an ear plug in my ear because a sudden noise will send me spinning. Everything reverberates and echoes and hurts the ear and sends me spinning.
