Hello, I have SD and I have had to speak in public recently, which struck terror into my heart. I have been getting therapeutic massage for a knee injury, and my massage therapist suggested a deep massage on my vocal chords, jaw, etc. I have to say that it was very helpful. My voice was not perfect, but much better than usual. Just thought I would pass this on. |

Thanks or sharing. How did they massage your vocal chords since they are inside your larynx? How long did the benefits last? Do you also get botox? |

Hello,
The massage therapist massaged the entire area around my throat, neck, etc. She did the massage Tuesday and my voice has been better all week, although the benefits are fading a bit. I tried Botox but it didn't work very well for me. |
