Has anyone in the Dallas area seen Dr. Mau at UT Southwest? I have an appt with him on 11/1/10. Present doctor did a botox injection and it did not work and he wants me to wait 2-3 months before getting another which did not seen right. I found Dr. Mau's name on this website and just wondered if anyone had seen him. Thanks- Jean |

I have seen him several times. Honestly, the first few times I was not too happy, but after consulting with a respected specialist elsewhere and upon his recommendation, I returned to Dr. Mau. Turns out, my voice box is a little weird, so he was having a bit of trouble with the injection. Things have been much better since then. In fact, I have not had to have another injection since March! It's almost time, though. Still, that is over 8 months. Now, I am obviously very pleased. |
