Diagnosis for my voice disorder is that I've tremors and slight ADSD. However whenever I've the voice disorder, I also experience chest-ache and out of breathlessness. The chest-ache is not easy to describe. Sometimes it feels like a knot and sometimes it feels like an ache. My ENT does not see the connection between my voice symptoms and chest-ache or out of breath feeling. Has anyone else have similar symptoms? |

I, sometimes, get this. Yes--I know what you mean. It can be hard to describe. I have gone to the ER with chest pains from this before... Renee |

Kent,
Chest pain is not something to take lightly. I hope that you have been checked out by a cardiologist. Irish |

I had this too. It turned out to be asthma. When I get asthma, my voice sounds worse.
I thought asthma was only wheezing and out of breath feeling, I get a tightness in my chest and sometimes feel out of breath when it gets bad. It happens at any time, whether I'm doing something active or not. Just something to consider. :) Lori |

I experience chest pains, but I feel it it do to the strain from voice, it's a slight tight chest pain and breathlessness. I think it has do to with anxiety also, since it is difficult to speak with SD we don't breath properly and not enough oxygen gets in our lungs and headaches accompany this also. That is only my opinion and me analyzing myself when it happens. |

Thank you all for your feedback. After a stress test the cardiologist cleared me for heart complications. I would like to ask my doctor about possibility of asthma. I am going to try out anti-anxiety medication also. Anything to start feeling normal again. |
