I need to find a new doctor for my Botox shots. I live in Utah but am looking for a new doctor. I am willing to fly or drive to another state so this gives you an ideal of how serious I take this. The best place to find medical professionals (ENT doctor, neurologist, speech therapist, etc.) with experience diagnosing and treating SD or other voice disorders is on the NSDA website at http://www.dysphonia.org and then click on the Healthcare Referral link on the top menu. You don't say why you need a new doctor so i don't know if I am opening a can of worms here but....Marshall Smith at the University of Utah Medical Center in SLC has been my doctor for five years now and I've never had a bad shot. |

I've was just diagnosed and treated by Dr. Bansfield at Mayo Clinic in Scottsdale and was very pleased. He's been working with SD for 20 years and has done over 7000 injections. |

Check out UCLA Voice Center for Medicine and the Arts in Los Angeles,CA.
I've been treated there for 4 years and am very happy with the results. |
