has anyone had good or bad reactions to the annual flu shots? one of my doctors thinks its ok to have the flu shot when you are on the botox injections- and the other dr. feels that it is not a good idea to have a flu shot while on botox. has anyone been told not to take any medications while on the injections- or alcohol? What are your experiences with this? thanks for your input. cher

I have been advised "no alcohol" on Botox since the first injection over ten years ago. But, I would say that using alcohol in extreme moderation later in the injection period has had no ill effect on me (a beer after golf, etc.).

I have had a flu shot every year for the last ten years with no consequence except having a very bad reaction to only one, but I believe that was from the batch the serum came from was the culprit, not Botox.

Hi!

Now you have got me worried!! "No Alcohol"???

No one has advised me that alcohol is a no no on botox??

Not that I drink to excess but I do like a drop or two of red wine in the evenings??

Anyone else been advised regarding alcohol intake while on botox??
