If/When/How To Tell Your Story

Sharing our voice story can be empowering, scary, healing, complicated and difficult – and sometimes it may not feel necessary at all. At our next support group meeting we’ll explore how we each choose to deal with this very personal topic.

Whether you’ve shared your experience many times, are considering speaking up for the first time, or prefer to simply listen and reflect, you are welcome here. There is no “right” way to navigate your voice story—and hearing how others approach this can help us all feel a little less alone.

We hope you’ll join us for this supportive and meaningful conversation. Together, we’ll honor each person’s experience and explore the different ways our voices—spoken or unspoken—can make an impact.
